Returns Policy: All Sales are Final! (applies to physical and digital products)
We are not responsible for lost/ damaged packages.
Trinkets Peaches does not accept order cancellations before or after the order has been shipped. This is to prevent the orders mixed up as everyone's order is packaged in the same order the orders were placed!
Trinkets Peaches does not accept order returns or exchanges after products were shipped, there are Covid 19 precautionary reasons!
If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email Trinkets Peaches. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, information and a picture of the items that you received.
Package Sent Back? This happened due to an insufficient address. Please include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc. To have items resent to the buyer after it has been returned to the sender, there is an additional shipping fee.
Trinkets Peaches is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the customer.
